Organic pomegranate seeds are partially defatted by a special mechanical pressing process (patent pending). The obtained oilcake is milled into fine powder via a product friendly, oxygen-free and temperature controlled method, and germ reduced via Bactosafe®. Naturally rich in Omega-5 fatty acids (punicic acid) and contains min. 55% fiber.
