The Alphadim® line is made up of distilled monoglycerides that can be used for the emulsification of fats, improving food texture, reducing fat, boosting mouth feel and increasing shelf life. In particular, the Alphadim® portfolio is ideal for direct addition (i.e. at the bowl) to provide crumb softening or aid in extrusion. These products are PHO-free.
