Chocolate Liquor - Description
Chocolate liquor produced from cocoa beans that have been fermented, dried and roasted. The beans are ground into cocoa mass. The mass is melted to become chocolate liquor, and the liquor is sold in bulk or deposited into discs known as unsweetened baking chocolate (bitter chocolate).
