KELGUM® Specialty Xanthan Gum blends contain xanthan gum in combination with one or more of guar gum, locust bean gum and/or carrageenan. These hydrocolloids interact synergistically to prove a wide range of rheological properties such as excellent suspension stability, thermo-reversible gels, pH stability and syneresis control.
