•NUTRALYS® F (Functional Grade) - emulsifying, gelling, water/fat holding capacity

•NUTRALYS® S (Soluble Grade) - used in beverage and nutritional supplements, low viscosity

•NUTRALYS® B (Insoluble Grade) - used in bakery applications
