Schercodine I

Schercodine I amido-amine is a cationic surfactant. It is an effective conditioner in hair and skin care products. Schercodine I amido-amine is liquid tertiary amine. It is used in pH 3.4-4.4 formulation as quaternary ammonium salt as a conditioner. It is used to replace quaternary cationic surfactants in rinse-off conditioners. It provides excellent wet combing and wet sensory. Common protonating acids are lactic, aspartic, citric and glutamic acids.
