Verdad®, Corbion PURAC's portfolio of fermentationbased ingredient solutions, is the outcome of minimal processing – which includes: natural food cultures, filtration, crystallization, centrifugation and the use of some of nature's best raw materials, such as beet, corn or cane sugar. Verdad® products provide the benefi ts of fermentation, without actually fermenting the end-product itself.
