Pea fibre

Emfibre® is a natural insoluble fibre made from peas. It is a clean label product free of gluten, non GMO and non allergen. As multifunctional product Emfibre® EF 60 can be used successfully for versatile food applications giving nutritional, technical and commercial benefits such as fibre enrichment, increased water uptake, longer shelf life, improved volume and texture and raised yield. Using Emfibre® in meat products reduces frying loss and shrinkage. Emfibre® is also injectable in meat products. In bakery, it can raise the moisture content of dough, increase volume, preserve freshness and give softness.
