TexSoy are a dry, uncolored soy piece made from the highest quality Organic and Non-GMO soybeans using an all natural process. No chemicals are used at any stage in the manufacturing process. TexSoy products are a nutritious source if protein with a high capacity for water and fat retention. Once hydrated, TexSoy must be handled under the same conditions as ground meat.
