DYNASYLAN MTMO

DYNASLYAN MTMO is a bifunctional organosilane possessing a reactive organic mercapto and a hydrolyzable inorganic methoxysilyl group. It can bind chemically to both inorganic materials and organic polymers, thus functioning as an adhesion promoter, crosslinking agent, surface modifier or reactive reagent. DYNASYLAN MTMO improves mechanical properties, moisture and corrosion resistance, electrical properties, and thermal resistivity. It can be used as a primer or ingredient in solutions, or neat. A chemical modification can be achieved by reaction of DYNASYLAN MTMO with suitable functional monomers or polymers. DYNASYLAN MTMO is suitable for applications in the advanced materials industry where it can improve properties like compression set, tensile strength, impact strength and modulus of elasticity. It can also improve processing properties like cure time, adhesion, filler dispersion and rheological behavior.
