PURASAL NH is a clear liquid ammonium salt of natural L-Lactic acid produced by fermentation. It contains 58-64% total lactate and 8-12% ammonia content. PURASAL NH has a density of 1.16-1.19 g/ml and pH of 4.0-5.0. As the ammonium salt of lactic acid, PURASAL NH provides benefits in food applications requiring pH adjustment and preservative qualities.
