PURASAL NH/COS

PURASAL NH/COS is a clear liquid ammonium salt of natural L-Lactic acid produced by fermentation from sugar. It has very low trace metal and minor ingredient levels making it suitable for food applications. As a cosmetic grade product, PURASAL NH/COS contains 58-64% total lactate content as lactic acid and 8-12% ammonia content as NH3. It has a density of 1.16-1.19 g/ml and water content of 28-32% (w/w). PURASAL NH/COS offers benefits like stability and purity for food products due to its low heavy metal and chloride content.
