SURFYNOL 61

SURFYNOL 61 is a nonionic wetting agent that provides excellent surface tension reduction and substrate wetting properties. As a 100% active multifunctional surface agent, SURFYNOL 61 can reduce microfoam and evaporates from surfaces without leaving residues, making it useful where residual surface activity or contamination is undesirable. SURFYNOL 61 promotes good wetting of various substrates including polymeric films which are commonly used in construction and industrial applications. Upon evaporation, SURFYNOL 61 leaves little to no residues to interfere with subsequent coating processes or cause issues. SURFYNOL 61 also helps delay curing reactions through complexation with catalysts, allowing uniform coating before the reaction triggers.
