SURFYNOL SE

SURFYNOL SE is a nonionic, low-foam dynamic wetting agent based on Gemini surfactant technology. It can act as a highly effective wetting agent, defoamer, and viscosity stabilizer, often performing more than one function simultaneously. SURFYNOL SE forms a stable emulsion in water up to 75% by volume, simplifying introduction into aqueous systems. Brief mixing is typically required to fully emulsify. Between 0.1-2.0% by weight is recommended. SURFYNOL SE reduces surface tension and maintains viscosity stability in water-based formulations. It resists oxidation and degradation, easing incorporation in dilute aqueous systems. SURFYNOL SE improves lubricity and heat transfer, suspending fines and enhancing wetting and cleaning. Its synergistic properties improve performance of other additives.
