SYLVARES 6100

SYLVARES 6100 is a light color, low odor, heat stable aromatic modified terpene resin that provides an excellent balance of properties when compounded with styrenic block copolymers or ethylene vinyl acetate copolymers. SYLVARES 6100 contains no limonene and is thermally stable with low odor and volatility, making it suitable for applications in the advanced materials industry. It offers good specific adhesion on a variety of substrates and is compatible with most commonly used styrenic block copolymers and EVA copolymers used in advanced materials. SYLVARES 6100 is delivered as pastilles in paper bags, big bags or in bulk, and is recommended to store and transit dry and below 30°C / 86°F to prevent remassing. It can be used as a tackifier for tapes, labels and non-wovens in advanced material applications due to its solubility in aromatic/aliphatic solvents and esters.
