SURFYNOL MD-20

SURFYNOL MD-20 is an organic molecular defoamer based on Gemini surfactant technology. This unique multifunctional defoamer provides foam control and dynamic wetting. SURFYNOL MD-20 can be exceptionally effective at reducing foam-related defects in waterborne systems. It can provide foam control and reduce microfoam without the incompatibilities or other issues associated with silicone or mineral oil defoamers. SURFYNOL MD-20 eliminates defects, improves flow and levelling and eliminates orange peel effects. It can be easily incorporated and is compatible with typical wetting agents used. Being solvent-free and containing no HAPs, silicones, silica or fluorinated materials, SURFYNOL MD-20 is suitable for products where such components need to be avoided.
