BORMED HD850MO is a polypropylene homopolymer intended for evaluation for use in Healthcare applications. This medium melt flow grade gives exceptionally good dimensional stability to final products especially at higher temperatures. Its fast crystallisation and high crystallisation temperature enables shorter cycle time with reduced cooling time. BORMED HD850MO has been evaluated according to different regulations and standards. It provides Very high stiffness, Sterilisation: EtO; steam and Good stiffness-impact balance. These properties make BORMED HD850MO suitable for Healthcare applications that require dimensional stability at higher temperatures, short processing cycles and impact resistance. Some potential uses include diagnostic consumables, medical devices, pharmaceutical caps and closures and drug delivery systems.
