GLUCIDEX 47
GLUCIDEX 47 is a glucose product used in the food industry. GLUCIDEX 47 is a mixture of glucose, disaccharides and polysaccharides obtained by the partial hydrolysis of starch. It has a particle mean diameter of 180 microns and poured bulk density of 450 g/l approx. GLUCIDEX 47 complies with various identification tests and has low levels of impurities like sulfated ash, dextrose equivalent and residue on sieves.
