TEGOPREN 5863

TEGOPREN 5863 is a polyether siloxane that is a non-flammable highly non-ionic product with 100% active content. It has a viscosity of 2000-3400 mPas and density of 1.03-1.05 g/ml. It improves the knock down and hold down time of defoamer based on mineral or silicone oil for pulp mill application. It also improves the washer efficiency in pulp processing. TEGOPREN 5863 is water dispersible and compatible with all kind of chemicals usually used in textile applications. It is non-yellowing and works as a W/O emulsifier. It can be applied as single component or formulated with other non-ionic products. It provides good sew ability and performance. It can be used alone or in combination with other organo modified siloxanes or organic based surfactants. It is suitable for the treatment of fibers or fabrics applied by padding. It is beneficial for the Advanced Materials industry as it improves the efficiency and performance of defoamers and emulsifiers used in manufacturing processes.
