SURFYNOL DF-110D

SURFYNOL DF-110D is a highly effective molecular defoamer and deaerator that can be used for a wide variety of applications where foam prevention or foam elimination is necessary without causing surface defects. SURFYNOL DF-110D provides long-lasting, defect-free foam control for advanced material manufacturing processes. It is effective against microfoam and ensures good substrate wetting at typical use levels between 0.1 and 1.0 wt.%. SURFYNOL DF-110D maintains stability in formulations between pH 3-10 and works synergistically with conventional defoamers. As it contains no added silicone, silica or fluorinated materials, SURFYNOL DF-110D is compatible for use in sensitive advanced material formulations.
