TROYSHIELD B2

TROYSHIELD B2 is a broad spectrum liquid additive designed to inhibit the growth of bacteria in metalworking fluids. It can be used in emulsion type, semi-synthetic and synthetic metalworking fluids. TROYSHIELD B2 shows excellent stability in a pH range commonly in use with these liquids. It does not contribute to corrosion due to its composition. TROYSHIELD B2 is a skin-sensitizer (R 43-labeling at >0.12 wt.%) and is heat stable up to a temperature of 80°C. TROYSHIELD B2 provides protection from microbial growth which can cause degradation and failure of products. It ensures long term stability and reliability of formulations.
