TOCOMIX L90-IP

TOCOMIX L90-IP is a liquid tocopherol concentrate containing d-mixed tocopherols in a 90% concentration. It is non-GMO Identity Preserved certified and suitable for use in food applications. TOCOMIX L90-IP contains max. 10% sunflower oil for standardization purposes. The product contains approx. 85% d-gamma + d-delta-tocopherol on total tocopherols. TOCOMIX L90-IP can be added into fat or oil of 20-50°C while stirring until the product is homogeneously mixed. It provides antioxidant protection and helps extend the shelf life of food products. TOCOMIX L90-IP is halal and kosher certified making it suitable for a wide range of food applications.
