SYLVARES 3125

SYLVARES 3125 is a biorenewable tackifier resin made from selected terpene monomers. It provides a balance of tack, peel strength, cohesive strength and heat resistance. SYLVARES 3125 has relatively narrow molecular weight distribution improving compatibility with some adhesive elastomers. Being aliphatic in nature, it is compatible with mid-block of styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymers while limiting interaction with styrenic end-blocks. SYLVARES 3125 offers thermal stability and low volatility important for applications requiring heat resistance. Its light color is also suitable where colorfastness is required.
