SILBIONE DM 1000 GMP

SILBIONE DM 1000 GMP is a linear polydimethylsiloxane fluid with a viscosity of 1000 mm2/s at 25°C. It is a clear, colorless and odorless silicone oil. SILBIONE DM 1000 GMP complies with European pharmacopoeia requirements for silicone oil used as lubricants. It has excellent heat resistance and resistance to atmospheric agents like oxygen, ozone and water making it suitable for applications involving high temperatures. Being chemically inert and non-toxic, SILBIONE DM 1000 GMP can be used as a lubricant and processing aid in the manufacturing of advanced materials. Its low surface tension and viscosity properties help improve the flow and wetting of raw materials during production. SILBIONE DM 1000 GMP also provides lubrication to reduce friction during machining and forming of advanced material components.
