VQM 903

VQM 903 is a vinyl-functional QM resin formulation with a resin content of 20 wt-% and viscosity of 10,000 mPas at 25°C. It contains 0.18 mmol/g of vinyl groups. VQM 903 is a clear, colorless liquid with a refractive index of 1.41 and density of approximately 1 g/cm3. As a transparent, filler-free formulation, VQM 903 improves mechanical properties and flow behavior in advanced material systems without compromising optical clarity. The higher vinyl content of VQM 903 compared to traditional crosslinkers allows for more complete curing at lower catalyst levels. This enhances material performance for applications requiring high strength, durability and processability.
